What this site collects, and what it does not.

Scope

This policy covers the serpihantech.com website and its pages only. The systems we build and maintain for clients, such as Sekolahin, run in separate environments under written agreements with each client. If you use one of those systems, the policy that applies to you is your own organisation's, not this page.

What this site collects

The site uses three measurement tools, and nothing beyond them:

• Google Analytics 4. Records which pages open, device type, referral source, and approximate city-level location. Your IP address is processed by Google as part of that service. Google sets a cookie in your browser.
• Vercel Analytics. Counts page visits in aggregate, with no cookies and no cross-site identifiers.
• Vercel Speed Insights. Measures how fast pages actually load for you, so we can fix what is slow.

Campaign parameters

If you arrive through a link carrying campaign parameters (utm_source and the like), we keep those values in your browser sessionStorage so we can tell which campaign a WhatsApp conversation came from. That storage lives on your device, disappears when you close the tab, and is never sent to our servers.

What this site never collects

Some things are deliberately absent, which means the data simply never exists:

• No forms. This site never asks for your name, number, or address.
• No accounts and no login.
• No payment transactions.
• Fonts are served from our own server, so opening this site sends no request to Google Fonts.

When you contact us

The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. From the moment you tap one, the conversation happens inside WhatsApp and falls under Meta's privacy policy, not this one. We keep the conversation and your number for as long as we need it to serve you.

Third parties that receive data

Three, matching the list above:

• Google, for Google Analytics.
• Vercel, which hosts this site and provides the analytics and speed measurement.
• Meta, if you choose to reach us through WhatsApp.

How long it is kept

Analytics data follows the default retention of the Google Analytics and Vercel services. Conversations and email are kept for as long as the working relationship lasts and as long as administrative or bookkeeping obligations require.

Your rights

Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law gives you the right to ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, and to withdraw consent you previously gave.

Send that request to admin@serpihantech.com. We reply as quickly as we can, and we will ask for enough proof to be sure the request is really yours.

Opting out

You can block cookies in your browser settings, use a content blocker, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. This site works fully without any of the measurement tools above.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not revise it quietly.
